I tried watching the US version of that and Hotel Hell, the sound effects and soundtrack so overly dramatic at time it really puts me off. The UK version of kitchen nightmares is ultra comfy though.

How it's made is one of my favorite shows ever especially when they show anything involving glowing hot metal. I even remember watching Mr. Rodgers neighborhood and every once in awhile he would show how like toothbrushes are made and shit I love it. As far as napping shows it is elder god tier unless their is hot metal involved it will put me to sleep no matter what even when I'm on meth.
