Honestly yes. Nothing fucking matters anyway. This is straight up the weirdest show I've ever seen. All the character motivations are garbage and the entire plot is absolutely laughable.
I'll be honest, I'm the type of person to forgive shit tv and movies. I'm able to watch and enjoy shit like civil war and Spiderman homecoming but this has genuinely made me angry.

I only watched the first episode and it was fairly dull, but not as dull as Iron Fist or latter Luke. I actually kind of liked Luke Cage series up to a point, but it was way too long. 6 episodes would have been perfect. Same for Iron Fist, though I could not finish that one.

Pretty much every episode focused on each character. His courtroom scene in episode 1 was his best performance throughout the entire season, aside from the moments where he legit looks and plays the part of a blind man.

Felt like they were just trying to clean up the messes that were IF and DD2.5. Both had a ton of unexplained shit that annoyed me to hell because I thought they just forgot (like the huge-ass hole and the Hand's meme factions).

Not that the conclusion was anything worth a damn, but at least it was closure of some sort, I guess. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't amazing either.

You can really tell that somewhere along the line for these Marvelflix shows either the behind the scenes talent, time or the money ran out because there's a very sharp contrast on quality (or Care, more appropriately). DD 2.5, LC 1.5, IF and Def feel like they were just rushed through whereas the rest, whilst not necessarily everyone's cup of tea, at least showed some care and good will.

I just hope Netflix has made better individual contracts and budgets for the shows from here on out now that the original deal (4 shows + defenders) has ended.

I gotta talk about the director(s).

They are trying to be stylish but they are doing it the entirely wrong way. In fact, their attempts to be super stylish frequently make scenes difficult to watch.

Every other scene is tiled by 45 degrees.

Dialogue scenes between two people have hilariously bad framing, to the point where the back of someone's head will take up 80% of the screen. The scenes in episode 1 or 2 with Jessica Jones were especially bad. When she was talking to the guy who was about to shoot her friend it was laughably framed.

The worst is the camera spin/faux tracking shot. Whether a character is looking around and the camera spins rather quickly around their head, or a character looks down a hallway and the camera SWINGS all the way around to show the other side, it is overkill.

My only real issue is that people seem to be able to take on Cage 1 on 1. That's all very well and good, but it should be built up to that sort of thing.

The Danny vs Cage fight was great, and that's the template the rest of the fights with the Hand should have used - Cage fucks them all up, they don't know how to deal with him initially and then they start bringing out the big guns or taking him out the fight etc.

I only watched Daredevil S1-2 but had no problem following the other characters' plots. I dunno how bad Iron Fist S1 was but Finn's acting was passable, his character wasn't as annoying as all the reviews make it out to be.

I liked all the Daredevil scenes, except for when he attacked two shopkeepers and beat them half to death for trying to stop looters from stealing from their store during a disaster. Other than that Daredevil was great.
Iron Fist had good fight scenes, except for when using his Iron Fist starts rap music playing which was retarded.His character was written fairly consistently and he can actually act.
Luke Cage was written badly, the SJW privilege speech and his entire motivation being "he's just a kid!" even though that kid was breaking into crime scenes and dissolving murder victims with acid on behalf of evil ninjas. But "it's hard to get a job!" so he's blameless. It was fucking stupid.
Jessica Jones was fucking awful. She used her powers like twice, and once was just to break her friends car out of a tow-truck and then threaten a cop. The rest of her time her power was being super-bitchy and annoying and she used that power pretty much the entire show. "Yeah all of New York is going to be destroyed but I don't care, I just want to solve my missing persons case, so if this doesn't help my missing persons case I'm out". She never once looked like she could fight and it's pretty obvious she's never even thrown a pretend punch in real life.
Hand were terrible villains. If you are going to do an ensemble superhero team show then have an ensemble villain team with distinctive powers.
Overall 4/10 very disappointing. The only thing I have enjoyed out of this whole thing were the two seasons of Daredevil and some of Iron Fist.

That scene came after the fight which was the problem. I understand Cage stopping the fight when he did, from his perspective it really was a white guy just picking on some black kid.

But it was just so shitty the way it was handled. It could've easily been a moment where they both admit they were going about things the wrong way like you said, but instead we get a hamfisted speech where Cage continues to defend a thug who was MELTING PEOPLE FOR A CULT all because Fist hurt his fee fees.

It could've been a moment where they both acknowledge they could've communicated better, but no, forced drama and social commentary where it doesn't even make sense. Had the kid actually been innocent I would've been OK with it, instead he defends a literal criminal murderer.

Iron Fist is also supposed to be a great fighter, you can't portray that when your actor can't even throw a single punch convincingly. Not to mention that he's completely ripped in the comics and Finn Jones has the physique of a scrawny teenager. His ethnicity isn't integral to his character or his character design, while his fighting ability and physique is.
