First of all it is now considered normal for all women to work outside of the home and pursue various careers. Military gets included in this, naturally.
Then there is the casualities. Western armies have not suffered any mass casualities in any war during the last few decades. There is no meatgrinder where hundreds of thousands or millions are lost. So any dead female soldiers will have insignificant impact on demographics.
