Has Game of Thrones declined in quality every season? I'd

I'd say 7 is better than 5 and 6 so far. Haven't seen the recent leaked episode, but the last two seasons were way worse than what what we're currently getting.

I think the leaks hurt this season for me.

The writing already sucks, the pacing is all over the place and convoluted, thrown away characters who we've spent so long expecting more out of (LF being the most egregious of these... Melissendre as well)...The only redeeming quality is that a lot is happening very quickly as opposed to long drawn out story arcs ... the element of surprise and suspense of not knowing what will happen would have added a second redeeming quality.

I willingly read all of the leaks since I believed (and still do) that the quality of the show has significantly degraded... but I regret reading them now because the somewhat redemptive qualities of this season would have made it more enjoyable with suspense still intact...while I think the show is not the show it once was by any means, it's still a quality show when it's judged for what it currently is: popcorn/fan service.

IMO season 6 was dope as fuck, Cersei going full yihad and blowing up everything she didn't like was quite a scene. Then again, that's the only thing I remember of season 6.

some would say that season 7 and 6 were better than 5, the truth is that these seasons were more enjoyable than 5 but the quality is actually worse.
season 7 has been full of action and HAPPENING scenes, but that doesn't mean the quality is good.

It all went down-hill from there. A few good episodes. But then it really stung when they introduced the zombie wights. Zombie movies are trash for teenagers. Awful theme.

Apart from Sean Bean, Season 1 is the lowest on my list due to how boring it is. And no I am not a magic fag cos I find the three eyed raven subplot boring although I like the white walkers. I also consider Battle of the Bastards to be one of the most pointless episodes.

pretty fair rating I think. I think people forget a lot of the cool stuff in season 3, apart from the red wedding. Everything beyond the wall was done well, and Dany had a good arc after her terrible season 2.
