Now first things first, what is it that attracts us to operator kino? Its simple, we have pretty much similar personalities:
-We like comfiness and whats comfier that waiting to slash a guards neck in the shadows or unlocking a high security server room without being seen.
-We like that operators are lone wolfs, they usually work alone and look cool as shit.
Now lets talk about the man Benicio, Sicario was a great operator kino BUT there is one before it....gentlemen I present to you The Hunted.
Benicio plays a splinter cell type operator, he only uses a knife and is an expert in camouflage and infiltration.
I wont spoil the kino for you but it features scenes of him surviving in the forest making a tactical knife out of stone.
The Hunted (to my opinion) is up there with 24 in the operator kino universe greats.

As I mentioned earlier there is another kino level called comfy/thief/kino, I suggest you watch the movie The Score with Deniro and ed norton, incredibly underrated by pussies but it will satisfy most of your stealth needs.
Most of the scenes could be a Splinter Cell mission.
Bonus for the setting, it takes place in europe and they plan the robbery with fucking marlon brando inside a comfy jazz bar.
Now if you want more action and realism I suggest Tears of the Sun with Bruce Willis, severely underrated also.
