but as i've grown older, it's become quite obvious that it's 'heat' fleshed into a batman comic. really stole the heat aesthetic, the chase dynamic, the mutual 'respect', the mutual insanity. the broken men, on opposite sides, treading the same fine line.

it was a huge achievement, but the real masterpiece is heat. De Niro and Pacino at their finest.
