Honestly, although it IS bad, as a stand alone, separate from the rest of those fucking horrible films, the first one is just enough of an interesting premise + full on schlock that it's worth at least one viewing.

Not seen Titanic or Avatar; Terminator is a favourite movie of mine but T2 is garbage for children. Imho, James Cameron only has the one decent flick.

100% honest, the first Twilight is really not bad at all. Separate from the godawful sequels, it's a well done drama/romance. There's also lots of good atmosphere, with the foggy forests of Washington. The music is also great.
