Why do people who've never actually experienced how fucking terrifying watching a city destroy itself is like to depict riots, looting and terror as "Revolution" and "Rebellion"?

Reminder that TDKR is the best commentary on Detroit.

The movie puts a lot of the blame on black characters. Those people are retards
Detroit gave us Eminem. Out of the ashes rose a phoenix.

Sure it does.
Has anyone here seen the film? Because it's dumb to discuss a film if no one has even watched it.

>riots, looting and terror
Real revolutions involve this.

A couple things. Bigelow and many of the actors in it state pretty blankly that the officers were the bad guys. Which I don't understand. The only people who are going to see this are people who already have it made up in their minds that the police were racist shit heads. Real racists aren't going to walk into this movie not knowing what is and have a total change of heart on Afican Americans or BLM or any aspect of the civil rights movement in America, just the same as a movie like Selma, Loving, 12 years a slave, Birth of A Nation, w/e. Birth of A nation was kino though.
ITT: no one has seen the movie

Would you say most riots and lootings are the start of revolutions?
