They were disincentivized to put any effort into tightly edited and scripted videos, because they realized their shitty fanbase will give them just as much praise and views no matter what they do. So, they cut AVGN to an absolute minimum, killed Monster Madness (after phoning it in for the last couple of years), and rake in the shekels just kind of sitting on the couch, fucking around.
