The prequels are objectively more respectable than episode VII though.

The only real problem I had with 7 compared to the prequels is one beautifully visible in OPs post (fuck you, no (You)s for you).

The music.

Ani walking up those stairs as the horns blare is amazing. I barely remember the actual scene, but that music is still great.
