You know what one of the single most infuriating moments was to me?

That scene where David and the captain are standing there talking and we keep getting lingering shots of the decapitated crewman's head in the fountain. It's an intentional reference to the deleted scene from the original where Ridley finds Ash and Dallas being transformed into eggs, but it's just so fucking stupid because it shits all over what made that original scene so horrifying.
