If you're actually serious there's a general on /g/ for private trackers. It takes six months minimum to get into better trackers, but IPT can be anywhere from 1-3 months via MAM unofficial recruitment thread if they haven't gotten rid of it yet. It's better to join a private download site though because you don't have to maintain ratio.
