Even the nearly 4 hour version is great

Reeve is so damn perfect. He comes across as so damn earnest, even in his bumbling Clark persona. There's a quick line where Lois mocks him sending half his paycheck to his "grey haired mother" and he just calmy corrects her and says she's "silver haired". It a small line, but it says so much about who he is.

Also like how they played Lois and Clark as a screwball comedy.
