Inside every fidget spinner, there is an universe that starts existing whenever it begins spinning and reaches its death when it stops spinning. A group of STEM students curious and obsessed with the origins of the universe come across with a mysterious person known as "The Fidgeter", who using a strange spell, teleports them into the "outside world" where they see the fidget spinner that holds the universe, kept by an autistic teenager with no friends.

The group of students and the autistic teen must work toghether to keep the spinner working forever while the students find a way to go back into their own universe, while the autist starts to become concerned because he doesn't want to lose the new friends he just met.

The story then becomes a moral dilemna between the group of friends, the autist, and the mysterious puppeteer known as the fidgeter.

3 days later. After a long session of playing soccer with his friends Timmy Fuckface heads inside to his kitchen. He pours himself a heaping glass of tap water. Delicious, albeit has a strange tang to it. His fingers are moving in awkward jerky movements. Timmy come on let's play some more, his friends yell at him from outside. But no. Timmy is different now. Timmy doesn't want to socialize. He can't socialize. He wants to post on anime imageboards in the dark for hours and hours as he pisses in his old gatorade bottles.

An austic kid is bullied because he's not full-blown autism, but enough to get his shit kicked in. His parents don't have insurance because of Trump, so they can't afford to send him to a doctor. Plus, they just think he's retarded.

But ONE DAY, autismo finds a fidget spinner in the toilet at school. He picks it up, and spins it.

AND KABLAMO.

BUT ONLY WHEN THE SPINNER IS SPINNING. Can he maintain this lifestyle of spinning? What happens when the bullies try to take his spinner. What happen when someone else uses the spinner? Does he really need the spinner, or was the power inside him all along?

A boy falls in love with a fidget spinner.

Unable to confess, he is gifted by a deus ex machina with the spinner's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls the fidget spinner, and is overjoyed to find out that it has a crush on him as well.

But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's confessions to the fidget spinner, he gets no response because a spinner is an object, not a person. After some investigation, he finds out that the toy he called is not the same toy he fell in love with. In fact, this fidget spinner doesn't exist in his universe at all. This is the alternate universe counterpart of the spinner, who has fallen in love with his AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of its crush.

Hijinks ensue as the MC loses grip with reality, unsure if he can really talk to his furniture or if he is just delusional. DRAMA ensues as the MC is caught between these two worlds, and begins questioning the NATURE of OBJECTOPHILIA.

I enjoyed the 1st season more, especially the underground fidget tournament arc where the protagonist was training. The 2nd season was more of an action based one. Overall, it's a great anime, but if you really want a lot of character development and heavy sad story with plot twists, read the 4 volumes of manga. 8.9/10, would watch more.

Tom Cruise works as a scientist at the world's leading fidget spinner factory. His wife has just left him, his parents died in a car accident, and he's really down on his luck. He puts all of his focus into his research on fidget spinners. He's on the brink of a breakthrough for a new type of spinner, when the power goes out in the factory.
