I'll start:

>movie opens with Terminator guy who works for CIA and is greeting a doctor just before taking off in plane
>A big, masked guy shows up and releases snakes in plane. Snakes bite everyone and plane crash with no survivors. Big guy painfully takes mask off to reveal that he is one ugly motherfucker.
>there were toxic chemicals aboard. when plane crashed they are released into nearby river
>group of LOST peopel who are trapped on an island on the river drink toxicated water and turn into zombies
>we find out that Terminator guy actually survived plane crash and reunites with a female sole survivor of space ship that was attacked by an unknown alien form
>zombies bit apes and then apes go ape and start rioting destroying city
>but soon later a gigant tsunami from ice berg that was hit by luxurious tanker ship full of oil flood whole city, trapping a group of people on top floor of scycrapper.
>oil from tanker ship trapped a killer whale and a young kid takes best efforts to get it free
>meanwhile terminator and his sidekick girl take a bus to get into city, but they find out there is bomb on bus, that will explose when group of guys steal 50 luxury cars.
>kid who manages to free killer whale instatly grows up and become a special force spy, who drops from harrier jet and defuse bomb on bus
>terminator go into air vents to climb on top of scycrapper, only to find out that all hostages above were in fact radioactive mutated dogs
>a big text 'TO BE CONTINUED" shows up, followed by credits
>there is post credit scene, where rich guy in advanced technology iron suit and together with a big breased archeology chick in borwn hat dig out ancient tomb and are about to open a sarcophagus...
