I can't believe this isn't considered Hitchcock's best. I think this is what can be called pure cinema. Real time, no visible cuts, it feels as if you're in the room with them. Suggest me something similar? I've seen plenty of Hitchcock already, including Rear Window.
ironically some of the acting is ropey. Its not his best at all but appreciate a thread that isn't capeshit, star wars or game of thrones.
His definitive work is Psycho. Obvious answer but it deserves everything it gets. Personal favourite is Marnie.

I liked Vertigo, Psycho, Rear Window, North by Northwest, Rope, and that's about it. Birds and Frenzy was, well, ok. Notorious and Marnie I didn't like.
