It's a bad show, and Netflix is a pretty bad service (poor quality of streams, poor/limited catalog) but they're not pushing an agenda. I checked out Glow (admittedly because of the women), and I didn't notice any "leftist propaganda". Are you sure you're not completely delusional and perhaps also mentally unstable?

The director being a fucking piece of shit was pretty fucking critical part of the god damn thing. He had to be as unsympathetic as possible for this shit to work. They mixed memes with the real person and made a character that this show could not do without.
