You know damn well Blue Eyes death was rushed. If they killed Cornelia and Lake in the cave then sure but they fucked up not having Nova crying over a dying Blue Eyes instead of a gorilla she had a moment with 5 minutes ago. At least Blue Eyed would have had an emotional death.

I think they killed Koba off since no one stays for stingers outside Marvel movies

Not killing off characters is far better than killing them. Dead characters are boring, you can't do much with them.
