Just heard about this show literally 5 minutes ago and went looking for it, discovered it's just now premiering on Netflix so I figure by tomorrow night this time (11pm Pacific) it'll be thoroughly ripped and available as WEB-DL files so I'm good.

Trailer looks promising, hope they can keep the suspense going, it'll be interesting to see how Bateman can portray someone so two-faced.

So no drugs in this one, directly, just stacks and stacks and pallets of fucking cash, awesome.

It's pretty mediocre. Nowhere near as good as Breaking Bad. The characters are all pretty cliche and unlikeable. It has none of the grounded believability of Breaking Bad.

4 episodes in. I like it. Most show don't keep my interest long, but this shit has something to it that keeps me engaged.

The protagonist has a lot more moments where he gets to dance around his foes with his knowledge, like Walt did with chemistry since the show is actually about the protagonist's skills. Yeah Walt was able to use chemistry to make good meth, but outside of that they needed to make up a lot of bullshit to get him to use that shit elsewhere (bombs, ricen, batteries). Here we get a guy who straight up talks his way around retards to get what he wants and it's so fucking fun to watch.

Good show 8/10.

It's quite good. OP's Breaking Bad comparison doesn't really do it justice but it is the thing that got me interested in watching it, so if you're a Netflix marketer good job.
