Just watched the first episode of the first season, and it was terrible.

Does the show ever get any good, or should I just stop now and not waste any more time?

Season Two comes the closest to being unironically entertaining, and even then it's a matter of taste. If you're not into campy horror, you probably won't like that either.

This is a problem how. That said, show sucks, I'd recommend just ditching it now. Mostly appealing to women and fags like me with terrible taste.
