Why the fuck did they give DiCaprio a Native American son? Why the fuck did they have to shove so much white guilt shit in a movie about a white dude chasing down his white companions who left him for dead at all? Literally the only thing involving the Indians that has any relationship to the actual story is the attack at the beginning, and even that was turned into some bullshit about the chief doing it because some French men had kidnapped his daughter. Why the fuck was a story about a man who ultimately chose not to take revenge turned into some cop-out technicality where he acts like it's totally forgiveness if the Indians murder Tom Hardy instead?
This is like the /pol/ rendition of Hollywood adapting the Hugh Glass story.
