One time my tv guide channel was frozen for at least 6 months. It still played video, but the listings never scrolled.

When they finally fixed it they added like every bullshit premium cable channel available, which took like 10 minutes longer for it to scroll through everything and my family didn't have 90% of the channels. HORRIBLE.

Loved after 10:00 pm and seeing the spice and playboy channel lineup.
