Just watched this. Wasn't TOO bad. I went in with low expectations so pretty much got what I expected, a CGI blockbuster with a few cool monster fights and a mediocre story. Really great cast line-up but pretty poor acting from them, I blame the writing more then the actors. The characters were pretty cheesy and cliche.

Movie would be better if they just left out King Kong and just made it about an island of monsters.
