>Tales of Babylon 5's shitty 90's CGI are greatly exagger-

That wasn't B5 or 90's.

Okay Crusade was 1999.
>>84970483
It's Reboot-tier, there's no getting away from it.
>>84970635
Crusade was aired in the 90's and was a direct B5 spinoff, so...

>using the In the Beginning book cover
>not in chronological order
>A trekkie would never do this
Babylon 5 is a show that will never be appropriated by hipster "nerds". It is iredeemably old-school nerd in nature.

The real question is how many seasons would B5 and Crusade go on Netflix?
>>84970838
One.
Man, what the fuck happened with Crusade? Babylon 5 is an Elder God-tier masterpiece, then you watch the first episode of Crusade and it's.... just plain shit. It's like they got every single part wrong. The casting, the music, art direction, etc.

stick to DS9 redditor
you can have all your epic and great CGI shit there instead

Crusade seemed to fall into formula too much. "The team" visits some place with peculiar qualities, the team gets into trouble, the team gets extracted from trouble. There wasn't a lot of world-building like there was in the main series. Their adventures were too transient.
The best episodes of Crusade were probably the amusing one in which they encountered the aliens who had been indoctrinated with conspiracy theories about Earth, and the one where Dr. Franklin re-appeared to infect a non-infectee with the virus.
Otherwise, it was mostly unclear just where the show was going with its storyline.
