If you're talking about Kitchen Nightmares, it's probably because to produce a series they need deals with a bunch of different contractors (Which is what allows them to make $1M of renovations with a 200k budget)
So every new nation they want to produce in would need to make new deals or to make the ones they already have work elsewhere
