>This is a stock exchange! There's no money you can steal!
>Really? Then why are you people here?
This was a pretty good scene.

He's a big guy
>>84862392
It's pretty cool that the guy bane is talking to there is the riddler too.
>>84862392
Underrated scene, there are basically no memes from it. "Time to go mobile" had potential but no one ever thought of anything clever for it.
name a movie more memetastic than this
protip: you can't
is this how liberals really think that stockbrokers steal money?
>>84862506
The movie was clearly making a statement against socialism populism. IE occupy wall street.

>>84862477
>time to go mobile
>>84862477
>Time to go mobile
I say this every time I leave the house, which is never.

Nolan is one of the most powerful conservatives in Hollywood
>>84862641 >>84862570
Wrong. Bane was the good guy. Batman is a fascist
>>84862452
pls explain
>We just sent the majority of our assets to the central bank! There's no money you can steal!
>Really? Then why are you filthy kikes here?
Geez, I don't remember this scene in theaters.
>>84862727
Kill yourself.
>This is a stock exchange! There's no money you can steal!
Really? Then why are you people here?
>Because... I work here. This is my job... I'm a professional broker employed by a stock brokerage firm. I don't think I understand the question...
What was Nolan getting at with this scene?
>>84862392
It was shit.
>There's no money to steal HERE!
Yes, that's 100% true. They're trading stocks, bond, commodities, etc over computers using electric wire transfers between accounts. They trade a lot of gold, so does Bane think there's GOLD somewhere in the Stock Exchange building?

Triggered faggot
>>>/r/safespace
>>84862845
well it was originally a raimi script that they modified a bit to be politically correct, and honestly it shows
>>84862477
Whenever someone calls somebody a phonefag I say >current year of our lord >not going mobile
If that counts...
>>84862608
A different time
The movie is pretty awful but it has a few kino moments
I liked Bane overall, that line at the stock exchange was great.
So was the hand on that dude's shoulder, really sold how dominating Bane was. Also his bit about shadows and shit.
Shame about everything else
>>84862477
i say this when i go off my computer and onto my phone
Like most scenes in this film it made no sense and had no purpose for existing. Nolan just paves over everything with loud INTENSITY music to make you feel like something Very Important is happening and you just go with it, only later do you wonder why the hell any of the characters did any of it in the first place.
