not OP, but I watched about 20-30 minutes of it and it was pretty dumb from what I saw
Cruise is my favorite actor, so it's not that

It's up there with War of the Worlds, don't believe the hate it's a really fun movie.

It's a lot of fun. I don't get what the "professionals" didn't like about it. I liked the homages to previous monster films, all the way back to the original film.
i've been memed by that terrible board OP and watched it, that was of course terrible, just the begining may have some vague indiana jones vibe, but once they're back home it's really shitty
really just a set up for a new shitty "cinematic universe", very cringy, mummy is terrible

Don't worry. The Dark Universe is dead anyway. This film lost a fuck load. It actually failed harder than Terminator Genisys so unless universe has massive confidence in Bride of Frankenstein they wont go forward just like Paramount didn't with Terminator

>t. Brendan Fraser
Don't you ever visit any other boards?

Dracula Untold did so bad they'll probably reboot it. Honestly don't have much hope for Bride of Frankenstein. You'd think Universal would treat their classics better instead of using them for generic, grey garbage. But nope
