So since this guy is now a hack letting Disney execs direct Last Jedi for him, can we talk about how great this movie was?

A lot of people hate this movie but I love anything with stylistic dialog.

Brick? A great movie? It's embarrassingly horrible. Making an edgy noir in a high school is something a first year film student would come up with, and what a surprise that first year film students are the ones who ear this shit up. Characters are so bland and unconvincing. JGL is terrible as the lead. Some of the worst scenes I've ever watched like when he beats the jock in the fight and the Tolkien loving drug dealer character. Oh and not to mention all the scenes stolen from Korean flicks.
4/10, there was some decent shots and it had good music IIRC.
No because it was shit.
