Are you retarded? I am not underage like you so yes I watched TV in the 80s and 90s. Stuff back then was still somewhat "family friend" as in: it was the average American prudeness. Twin Peaks isn't a good example since it was about a rape and murder and a main location was a brothel. It didn't have nudity because of the channel, not because nobody involved thought it should be there. Also like I said below, there's only 2 short scenes of nudity in the new season.
