I got tons of them from Comcast and suddenlink. The Comcast ones were just emails, they never stopped my service even after like 20 of them. Suddenlink was much more annoying, they would redirect your internet to this cease and desist page where you had to click a button that states you accept the rules before your internet is returned to normal. Again, they never cancelled my service, just did this annoying shit over and over.
