This is a place owned by a greek guy, named after a Greek guy. If I heard the name of his restaurant first and then went there and saw post modern grey marble hipster aesthetic I'd be very confused if not disappointed

Same with the Barefoot Bob's episode. Yeah it went for a really shitty tiki cliche but it's supposed to be a Beachy, lazy sounding restaurant. What does Gordon do? He throws in a very boastful navy port aesthetic and drives home the "This is new England" concept. No shit it's a New England restaurant, there are probably hundreds of tourist magnet beach side New England Restaurants that drive home the "we serve clam chowder" idea.

This place was supposed to be reminiscent of being a beach bum, but he turned it into something that didn't match its original concept.
