Ofcourse it's bad.
By doing the exact same thing every single episode the only thing that is changing is the jokes and the names of the diseases that the actors learn 5 minutes before shooting the scene.
The cinematography, editing, story development, all of that doesn't even matter at all in the long run because it becomes so standardised, the only thing you are left with are the characters, all the other filmmaking elements dissapear completely.

It becomes just a big money making machine. Makes sense because TV shows are the producer's medium after all.
