Part of the fun of going to the movies is escapism and people don't need to be reminded 24/7 that they can get killed by an angry arab on the street. You're looking at this shit from the other side of the planet, but for British people the threat of Islamic terrorism is very real and might hit too close to home, which is the last thing you want from a two hour trip to the cinema.
