Man of Steel was rough, but it laid all the groundwork for a great sequel. I enjoyed BvS for what it was, but I wish they would have had the balls to not try aping Marvel's success and instead focused on making a great Supes trilogy. He's an inherently interesting character if you focus on his conflict as a demigod over people he's sworn to protect; pitting him with other heroes just makes him boring.
