I think Dante's Peak had an old women swimming through sulfuric acid or some shit, but it's been so long that I might be mixing something up

This is that type of movie that 90's kids are really nostalgic for, then they watch it as adults and realize it doesn't hold up at all.

My favourite part is when the guy sacrifices himself to save some people and falls in the lava, he stands there and sinks downward while yelling, it looks like the Wicked Witch of the West dying.
