you do realise its a trick right? like as in an actual 'trick' thats fooling you into thinking what you are seeing is amazingly difficult and dangerous

now, it does require a steady hand but its the METHOD that is important here
and here it is:

start on the space between your thumb and forefinger, then stab the space between your pinky and ring finger, then BACK to the space between your thumb and forefinger.

you progress down your fingers, alternating always back to the thumb and forefinger gap over and over as fast as you can. practice gets you faster (with an upside down pencil, idiot)
