Remember when Travis runs away from the house to chase Stanley down? Why did Paul not obviously follow him right away? There's a long tracking shot of Travis running, and his father, someone who is extremely overprotective of his son and his family, does not immediately chase after him. Suspicious right?
Well, it's because Paul killed the dog. Remember when Travis comes across something in the forest? He closes in on Stanley's barks and they turn into yelps. Remember when the camera showed us only Travis's point of view? And he's crying? It's because he has come across Paul, who is killing Stanley. That is why when Will shows up, the son hesitates in saying what has happened, because how in the hell can he explain that. A couple seconds (minutes, moments, we don't know) pass and Paul shows up. WHY would he trip? Why would that be included in the story if not to show us he is circling back around and covering his tracks, trying to be secretive. Later on that night, Paul tries to comfort his son, who is ultimately shocked.
The disease never existed, or if it did, it is long gone. We never see anyone with the actual disease except the grandfather and Travis, and yet no one else besides the main family witnesses this. When Andrew is suspected to be sick, it's actually the kid upset because the parents want to leave. Will and Kim are afraid of this family because this family is paranoid and extreme. When Will orders Paul to take his mask off, it's because Will knows there is no disease. Maybe he saw Paul doing something strange. Maybe he picked up on the vibes (Travis touching Andrew? Maybe Andrew wasn't sleeping in another room and Travis came off as extra creepy). Regardless, Will knows there's no disease and he's sick and tired of Paul and the family acting like there is, hence his, "No one's fucking sick." (1/2)

Why would Paul immediately say, "Does Andrew sleepwalk?" Sure, it can be paranoia, but who can honestly say they think that clearly in paranoia? Rather, Paul's question is defensive and suspicious. Hence again Will and Kim's fear.
Also, there's more to Paul and Travis's relationship that tends towards the extremist family viewpoint (Paul never letting Travis doing anything on the boy's own, and failing to teach him to do so [e.g., getting mad that the rope/tape isn't a foot and a half long]; Will being the one who finally teaches Travis how to cut wood)] that leads to the conclusion that the family is, in short, crazy. From this we can apply it to the average household...
