>portrays him as a psychopath
>FBI says he's a psychopath
Cares for his wife and kid and treats them well
Can a psychopath be a loving family man?
The movie was shit though.
>Can a psychopath be a loving family man?
yes, although they do not actually feel the feelings they say they feel

Short answer? Yes.
Being a psychopath is not an immediately set behavior as tv/film would have you believe.
A lot of folks who are clinically, by-the-book, psychopaths have families.
Numerous reasons for these types to do as much. Reason I've read most, it conveyed normalcy, either to themselves, or the world at large.

yes, look at the BTK killer or Ed Kemper for example. Being a psychopath doesnt always mean youre going to be a violent murderer either. They were also gangsters so their day job was to be a psychopath, they got to blow off steam all day doing that shit
>the movie shows flemmy not wanting to kill his stepdaughter/lover and being ashamed of it
>IRL he slept like a baby after killing her, while they buried her in the basement

Your family is an extension of yourself, so being good to them is like being good to yourself.
