Pre-Tonight Show Conan was a creative fucking giant and was one of the funniest guys on late night. Now he's stuck in a rut of doing the same bits over and over to the point he will ruin/point out the flaws just to get a laugh.

Conan always shines when he's off-the-cuff. His remotes are always gold. Late Nite during the writer's strike was fantastic.
