Thief and the Cobbler (probably should watch the Re-Cobbled Cut)

A real masterpiece by Richard Williams (Who Framed Rogers Rabbit?). It was never finished, but the closest you get to what he wanted is the fan-edit that restores lost footage and intercuts some storyboards where things were not done.

Studio execs destroyed the film with editing. The fan version is the only option, imo.

Not super-animated (everything kinda moves like those Monty Python interludes), but its bizarre art-style and surreal and disturbing subject matter make it well worth watching.

The Secret of Kells
An enjoyable and emotional children's movie that has an artstyle reminiscent of cartoon network cartoons. Some nice visual touches and is very pleasant all around.

Very cool 1926 animated movie (first animated feature film, iirc), made in a very distinctive silhouette style. It's worth seeing for the style alone.
