why is the camera so weird on this let alone the terrible cgi

It was made in the film to digital transition era.

This films is like 20 years ahead of it's time. Based Mann. No digital films has looked this good since.

michael mann is very, very old. he is deaf and mostly blind but still makes movies to enjoy himself. I don't understand why nobody is allowed to correct his decisions if it's obvious they are based on his deafness (all his recent films have extremely fucked up audio) and partial blindness but that's how it is.
