On it's face that's not terrible, sometimes we get discouraged and finding work can be hard, but the fact that you're defending the behavior and acting defensive and offended that people are putting you down for it, and that you think "welfare check" is a harsh way to describe, er, welfare checks, tells me you're a lazy loser.
