Yeah, but what is the point if Dracula isn't the absolute evil?

If they had just kept the same basic story, but made Charles Dance's role Dracula and Evans a new character it would have been way better. It would have allowed Dracula to be the villain he's supposed to be and would have made the idea of a sequel far more appealing.
