Thin Red Line is fucking horse shit.

I tried to watch it a load of times and ended up turning it off at about the same point every time, so I never got any further. Always got to the middle of them climbing the hill with MG nests where Weedman blows his ass off with his own grenades.

Ended up watching it in 3 sittings, picking up where I left off, over the course of a couple of months, and even then I had to force myself through it.

I can't tell if it got butchered by the studio in editing or if Malick is just a fucking retard.
