What? Neon Demon was a criticism and a study in the industry of beauty, youth, perception of success and mental illness, if anything I found it sympathetic to the viewer, relatable and palatable. Only God Forgives I can understand the frustration for a new viewer, however I've watched it so many times and mulled over it's meanings/ themes it's almost tiresome to me now. Valhalla Rising is the only one I'd almost agree with you on.
