Why are high schoolers always played by people much older? Don't

Well there are a lot of rules about how minors can be used but if I was to make a guess, I'd say it has more to do with teenagers being stupid pieces of shit who aren't worth the drama to employ.

Were you alive during high school? Did you see how much people physically changed during their later teenage years?

You can't risk a situation where you get someone who is of the right age but then they hit an awkward growth spurt and then they're no longer attractive. You need someone who is finished growing, which is around 25.
