The only reason they okayed avatar land is because they needed a property to compete with universals Harry Potter world. Avatar was the best they had at the time then they suddenly purchased marvel and then Star Wars. Why would they ok something as insignificant as avatar if they knew they were going to acquire these HUGE IPs
