the cool part about having shit taste, though, is that there is always plenty of shit around to gorge myself on

You seriously need to watch more foreign films. You've got some good movies there but they seem to be safe picks. Expand your viewing scope, don't watch just for entertainment, watch uncomfortable movies, weird movies.
>>
>>83933127
gimme a starting point twat.
the only time I've felt uncomfortable during a movie was during serbian film , enter the void, cannibal holocaust, pink flamingos, and Miike's audition

Aint seen none of these and you seem like someone I wouldn't associate with.

10/10 for being a fun time waster
>>
>>83932565
Hardly any of these are in the "great" category. It's a nice spread of good stand alone movies that any pleb would be happy to associate himself with because but it seems like a list of the least boring movies you've watched. That's the problem, we can tell you are like a woman with accessories trying to be valued for wearing them as if some chief of the village gifted you them.
>>
Wow
>>
>>83932565
I'll give you a 6/10.

1. Metropolis (Lang, 1927)
2. The Shop Around the Corner (Lubitsch, 1940)
3. Casablanca (Curtiz, 1942)
4. Heaven Can Wait (Lubitsch, 1943)
5. Breakfast at Tiffany's (Edwards, 1961)
6. Star Wars (Lucas, 1977)
7. Superman (Donner, 1978)
8. The Terminator (Cameron, 1984)
9. Highlander (Mulcahy, 1986)
10. The Princess Bride (Reiner, 1987)
11. Die Hard (McTiernan, 1988)
12. When Harry Met Sally... (Reiner, 1989)
13. Groundhog Day (Ramis, 1993)
14. Jurassic Park (Spielberg, 1993)
15. The Talented Mr. Ripley (Minghella, 1999)
16. Snatch (Ritchie, 2000)
17. The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (Jackson, 2001)
18. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (Gondry, 2004)
19. (500) Days of Summer (Webb, 2009)
20. Inception (Nolan, 2010)

>hateful 8

QTs worst movie by a mile, what a pile of shit
>>
>>83938422
Different anon but I actually think it's his second-best, the first being Reservoir Dogs.
Probably because it's a very similar plot.
>>
>>83938360

I can go along with some of these movies but snatched?! You have metropolis and snatched i the same list

6/10 list I'd say
>>
>>83938598
Not Snatched. Snatch.
Two very, very different movies.
>>
>>83936841
I know it's copypasta, but my post is still accurate
>>
>>83932653
>>83932815

>hahaha cuck XD funnay word

I can't believe you're still doing this after three years.
>>
>>83938602

oh yeah I meant to say snatch. still thinking of the right movie
>>
>>83933000
>7 samurai
>M

Only ones I've seen, but what exactly makes them masterpieces? Almost every time I see some "classic masterpiece" I end up thinking "wait, that's it?". Not like I dislike the movies or anything, but it's not like they're on some completely different level of quality compared to today's movies like "critics" and "film experts" like to pretend.
