Meh, it only had a $125mil production budget, you can tell they were being cautious with it.
$320mil is fine. Not great, but it wouldn't be a failure unless they put stupid marketing into it, and I haven't seen any evidence of that. It'd also be a weird move to make after giving the film such a conservative budget.
