I'll post an actual response since everybody else is memers.

Focus on your idea, but don't get too involved in the process of actually sitting down and writing an idea. If you have a good idea that you feel attached to try and treat it more as a writing exercise and less of a thing to get through. Take small breaks, don't rush it and try your best to take very small steps, not thinking of it as this big thing to be accomplished but a thing that you need to work on.
